Spending most days in the Surf, my 48 year old body is starting to feel the demands put on it. I compete regularly and I aslo own a Surf School in Costa Rica. Over the years my neck has been my main pain, and the hardest to get rid of. I have tried chiropratic, and massage, but the pain would always return.

Then Riaz and his family show up in Costa Rica. First we got Riaz surfing, whenever there are waves, and then he introduced me to the Bula Ball. We had a one on one session, during which Riaz instructed, and guided me through a one hour session. His knowledge, patience, and easy-going personality made our session fun, and easy to understand. My pain relief was immediate. Being very aware of my body, I also noticed that the amount of "toxins" being expelled from my myofacia was more than anyother treatment I have had. Lately my girlfriend comes over to see me, and after a kiss, heads straight for the Bula Ball. I should have got two!

I have been using the Bula Ball directly after running and have had much success treating a chronic upper hamstring injury. I have used foam rollers in the past, but the ball allows me to get onto very specific areas of my hamstring tendon as well as piriformis and gluteal muscles.
